Your responsibilities

 

Central ITSM-Processes Management:

  • Ensure the maintenance and utilization of central ITSM processes, driving continuous improvement for optimal  organizational efficiency
  • Take ownership of requirements, inquiries, escalations, and integrated reporting related to central ITSM processes

 

24/7 On-Call Support:

  •  Demonstrate a commitment to providing 24/7 on-call support, swiftly resolving critical IT incidents to minimize downtime and uphold service levels

 

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Effectively communicate ITSM processes to various departments and business stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities
  • Support the introduction of existing standard processes into new areas, promoting consistency and alignment with organizational goals
  • Actively participate in internal and external audits, ensuring timely provision of all required evidence and addressing any findings
  • Form a crucial interface between technical IT teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
  • Ensure central ITSM processes account for global rollouts, applications, and cloud-based services, fostering a seamless and scalable IT environment

 

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting to identify improvements required in ITSM processes
  • Define and implement strategic plans and strategies to enhance overall IT service delivery
  • Provide detailed feedback to IT application and service owners, ensuring transparency regarding the status of their services and opportunities for improvement
 

 

Your profile


Essential:

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • ITIL / IT4IT certification or equivalent certificate, or relevant experience

 

Professional Experience:

  • Several years of professional experience in the development and operation of dynamic IT-Service and support processes (ITIL & IT4IT) and/or large IT-Projects in an international team
  • 3+ years of experience as a service architect, including the development of new architecture blueprints and roadmaps
  • Excellent knowledge of the definition of processes and procedures in a business area
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing key stakeholders across the organization and within complex contexts to negotiate key architectural directions and decisions
  • A deep understanding of the business value potential of exceptional IT Service Excellence and operational performance

 

Desirable:

  • Hands-on experience with writing Service Operating Process and Procedures
  • Third-party management skills, working closely with sourcing and vendor managers
  • Build and implementation of Service Improvement Plans
  • A track record in integrating IT controls and compliance into efficient operational processes
