For this purpose it may also be necessary for Uniper to pass on your data to group companies or external service providers within the scope of commissioned data processing. For example, Uniper may need to share customer information for customer relationship management purposes.

If you have agreed to the processing of your personal data, you can revoke this agreement at any time with effect for the future. Revocation of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent.

Uniper will not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties or pass it on for their advertising purposes. Insofar as you have expressly consented to this in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR, Uniper shall pass on your data to its subsidiaries and partner companies so that they can contact you directly. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing until revocation.
