Your responsibilities
- You will become part of an international team responsible for health and safety topics.
- You will support us in planning, implementing and evaluating health offers and initiatives – locally in Düsseldorf and across Germany.
- You will contribute to health promotion projects and help further develop health-related processes and formats.
- You will research current trends, studies and new insights related to health and safe working practices in today’s working world.
- You will support reporting, data analysis and internal communication on occupational health and safety topics.
- You will contribute to exchange meetings, project groups and cross-functional coordination with colleagues from other specialist areas.
- You will actively support the preparation and analysis of data on near misses and safety incidents, internal safety campaigns, and the maintenance and preparation of training content, thereby contributing to a strong safety culture.
- An important part of your role is providing on-site support in Düsseldorf for operational tasks, coordination and the implementation of ongoing measures and projects.
Your profile
- You are enrolled in a degree programme, ideally related to health promotion, health management or occupational safety.
- You are interested in health in the workplace and in occupational health and safety topics.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience through internships, student jobs or projects.
- You work reliably, in a structured and independent way, and at the same time enjoy collaborating as part of a team.
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
- You are confident using MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are motivated to provide regular on-site support in Düsseldorf and collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
