Your responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the construction and project management department
- Keeping track of project status, especially on time, budget & quality standards, deliverables, risks & opportunities
- Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards & processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Support Project Managers in ….
- Data quality of the Project reporting & facilitating the right decision making based on agreed reports
- Project cost/finance management
- Facilitation of internal & external meetings
- Training & advising on (digital) Project tools & methodologies & standards
- Risk & opportunity logs as well as Change control records
- Develop & advice on effective communication mechanisms between the project teams
- Focus on continual improvement towards the process and way of working with a focus on implementation of digital systems and modern technologies to support an efficient project delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to define, prioritize, develop and implement continuous improvement within the project lifecycle
- Actively promote a safe way of working culture
- Report to the Head of PMO (interim: VP of Construction and Project Management) in respect of PMO task status
Your profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a Project Management Office
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the fields of solar and/or wind project realization
- Detail oriented skill to analyse and present project information
- Preferred skillset: First experience in Power BI & designing reports based on requirements & some first understanding in Project cost controlling
- Pro-active mindset to identify and implement process improvements by considering different digital opportunities
- First experience in designing and working with knowledge hubs
- Able to work independently and a true teamplayer, while handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Effective communication style
- Customer-oriented personality
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Preferred: Strong understanding of the principles contained within lean management, agile management and waterfall management including their respective strengths and weaknesses
