Your responsibilities
- Manage and steer the overall Service Management process architecture (in line with the ITIL methodology)
- Lead and steer process operations where needed
- Deliver, facilitate and manage process training, methods and architecture
- Deliver advice and consultancy in relation to the service management process and transformation in line with our Service Now tool
- Assess and lead potential change impacts to the Uniper Business and Service Now strategy
- Drive active communication of the process architecture to the relevant functions in accordance with the Enterprise Architecture (i.e. to the ApplicationsArchitecture/ Application Managers)
- Ensure process standards are in line with company policies and procedures and the processes are correctly documented. Perform quality assurance onthe process related deliverables as required, monitor process maturity and lead process improvement via process KPIs
Your profile
- Relevant university degree in engineering, information technologies, or computer science (or appropriate work experience)
- Ideally 5 - 7 years of work experience in IT Process management (ITIL knowledge)
- Capability to lead and deliver project initiatives whitin the Service Management deparment in line with the Technology developpement and our IT deliverymodel
- Proven and eff ective stakeholder management experience and an ability to communicate clearly and convincingly to infl uence outcomes with internaland external stakeholders
- Capability to deliver and manage process training, methods and architecture and in facilitating, advising, building awareness and guiding stakeholders onservice management process methodologies, architecture and transformation
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, project management, ability to think innovatively, to identify issues and develop recommendationsto solve problems
- Ability to work both independently and within a team and to accept accountabilities and responsibilities and to be focused on delivering outcomes tomeet team objectives
- Business fluent knowledge of English
