Your responsibilities

• Support resource, capacity and performance analyses across the transformation portfolio.
• Assist with management reporting, KPI development and dashboard preparation.
• Support mid-term resource and workforce planning activities.
• Assist with resource forecasting and planning data management.
• Support the continuous improvement of planning standards, governance and resource management processes.
• Contribute to change management activities related to the implementation and adoption of resource planning tools (e.g. Planisware).
• Support data quality initiatives and ad hoc analyses for strategic management decisions.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering Management or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented way of working.
• Interest in performance management, resource planning, business analytics and large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong MS Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
• Interest in digital transformation, process improvement and change management.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn in a dynamic project environment.
• Fluent in English; German is beneficial.
