Your responsibilities

• Deliver profitable partnerships and acquire utility-scale solar and wind portfolios.
• Originate relationships and close partnerships with developers, advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Support and lead investment cases and negotiations to acquire projects from origination to ready-to-build status.
• Monitor regulatory and technical developments, delivering reports and presentations to stakeholders.
• Present business cases to management to secure approvals for acquisitions and partnerships.
• Represent Uniper to external partners and contribute to market strategy development for long-term project pipelines.

Your profile

Essential:

• Familiarity with the regulatory framework and permitting processes in Italy including local, regional, and national regulations.
• Expertise in utility-scale project development, including permitting and interconnection processes for solar and wind projects.
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing business contracts.
• Project management expertise, including attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to lead by influence and manage diverse teams across non-hierarchical structures.
• Proficiency in financial tools and creating profitable business models.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to engage effectively in an international setting.
• Creative, strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities.
• Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Strong interpersonal skills to represent the business positively with stakeholders.
• Resilient, solution-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Advanced degree in engineering, business, economics, or law.
• Willingness to travel and work within a diverse, multicultural team.
