Your responsibilities

 

Land Acquisition Strategy:  

  • Develop and implement plans to identify and secure land for solar and wind energy projects within the assigned region.

Site Identification & Evaluation:

  • Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure suitability based on technical, environmental, and legal criteria.

Landowner Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, negotiate agreements, and secure mutually beneficial terms.

Permitting & Regulatory Compliance:

  • Collaborate with local authorities to meet land-use regulations, zoning laws, and permitting requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Work with internal teams (legal, technical, project development) to streamline land acquisition and project execution.

Risk Management:

  • Assess and address potential risks such as legal disputes or environmental constraints with proactive strategies.

Market Research:

  • Monitor regional trends and policy changes to identify opportunities and refine acquisition strategies.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Keep accurate records of transactions and agreements and provide regular updates to management.

 

*Please note: A relocation to Szczecin is not required

 

 

Your profile


  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate, or project development, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
  • Proven track record of successful land transactions and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of land-use regulations, permitting processes, and zoning laws in Poland.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy project development, particularly in solar and wind sectors, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., GIS, project management software).
  • Fluency in Polish is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
