Your responsibilities
Uniper Benelux N.V. has a Management System for its assets in the Netherlands covering Safety & Health, Environment, Asset and Information Security. Uniper has several sites spread over two plant organisations. Can you be the central point of contact for these plant organisations?
In this position you will work both plant organisations within Uniper Benelux. You understand the local legislation, opportunities and challenges facing both plant organisations. Ensures liaison between Asset Goverance at corporate level, City Plants and the Maasvlakte power plant organisations. With you, key HSSEQ processes and implementing Business Directives come together.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Brings the Quality performance of both plant organisations to ‘world class performance behaviour and results’
- Strengthens the positioning of the Quality and Asset Management System in both plant organisations and in daily (work) processes by, among other things, achieving HSSEQ integrity between plant organisations, Asset Governance and local departmental disciplines and agreeing clear roles and responsibilities between HSSEQ, Operations and Maintenance
- Oversees the implementation of business directives (Business Directives) in the Intergrated Management System (IMS), supports plant organisations in implementing Business Directives and securing deviations through action management
- Initiates involvement of the plant organisations during the design phase of new Business Directives with the relevant subject matter experts (proactively)
- Assesses for the purpose of the ‘License to Operate’ and certification of our current and future assets; Dutch laws and regulations, standards and best practices and implements these in the IMS (such as ISO standards, Seveso, BAL and permit requirements)
- Monitors compliance, performance and maturity of the IMS based on relevant compliance indicators and through audits/performance dialogues/mature assessments with COO management
Your profile
Education and experience required:
- Relevant bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, safety and/or environmental science - Experience in the process industry (preferably experience with Brzo/Seveso)
- Experience with ISO management systems (such as ISO9001 and/or ISO14001 and/or ISO45001)
Required skills:
- Masters the Dutch language well and is proficient in English
- Can work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Work in a structured way
- Has good skills in stakeholder management
