Your responsibilities

Support the creation and implementation of different AI use-cases for Corporate IT
Helping to maintain the team’s SharePoint site to ensure that Corporate IT colleagues have a clear view of our materials and activities
Monitor the data quality of architecture documentation, and associated processes
Co-ordinate meetings of our strategy and architecture council
Support the creation of approaches to automation for some of our key processes and implement these
Help the team with internal stakeholder communication and other administrative project-related tasks
Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard templates to support our processes
Support research into a wide variety of topics affecting Corporate IT

Your profile

You are registered in a study programme in the field of information technology.
You have good knowledge of the common MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and key M365 technologies (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
You are interested and experienced in AI technologies (e.g. ChatGPT prompting/ MS CoPilot)
You have development skills (either programming languages or low code e.g. MS Power Automate)
You are available at least 2 days per week
You are fluent in German and English, both written and oral.
You are capable of organising tasks efficiently
You are willing to contribute ideas, drive improvements and document your findings
You possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and are able to think independently
