Your responsibilities

 

  • Assist with document management for growth projects (new construction/expansion) and, where applicable, for complex projects in the field of energy facilities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of standard processes for document and data management
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with project management processes relevant to the document management system (DMS) in accordance with company guidelines
  • Creating and maintaining project management templates that comply with company standards
  • Creating and maintaining user manuals and training materials in German and English
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the “Document Master List” and the reporting tool
  • Contributing to the optimization of the DMS for Growth projects (new construction/expansion)
  • Assisting with training sessions for DMS users and answering simple system-related questions
  • Assisting with the onboarding of external partners into projects and introducing them to the use of the DMS
  • Helping to ensure the quality and completeness of document storage
  • Assisting with the maintenance of metadata in the DMS, including completeness checks and corrections
 

 

Your profile


  • Currently pursuing a degree in economics, engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Commitment to supporting our team for at least 2 years, 15–20 hours per week
  • Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Self-motivation and organizational skills in a deadline-driven work environment
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
