Your responsibilities
- Assistance with the management and maintenance of databases in the document management systems in use
- Assistance with the organization and structuring of project and archive data
- Assistance with the creation and maintenance of project spaces in the DMS systems in use
- Assistance with the creation and updating of documentation, work instructions, and user guides
- Collaborate on quality assurance and data verification within engineering projects
- Provide user support for engineering and DMS applications (1st-level support)
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of software rollouts and user training sessions
- Collaborate on the analysis and preparation of technical information and project metrics
- Assisting with coordination between internal departments, external service providers, and software vendors
- Helping maintain standards and templates to ensure a consistent data structure
- Assisting with testing new features and applications as part of pilot projects
- Assisting with organizational tasks related to Autodesk and other engineering applications
Your profile
- Enrolled student, studying Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable degree programme
- An interest in digital engineering processes and data management
- Good IT skills and confidence in using Microsoft Office
- A structured and independent approach to work
- The ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of German and English
