Your responsibilities

• Planning, controlling, and monitoring information security at the Gelsenkirchen site and in projects
• Coordination with the Information Security Officer (ISO) for necessary measures to achieve certification readiness of an Information Security Management System according to ISO 27001 in the planning phase of critical facilities
• Telecommunication and information technology base planning with a focus on information security, including the creation of tender documents and implementation of projects in power generation, gas technology, and renewable energies
• Technical support for Uniper Business Lines in implementing the decarbonization strategy
• Development of technical standards for implementing quality requirements in the planning phase
• Contract and supplier management
• Implementation of the Uniper security culture from the planning phase to project completion

Your profile

• University degree or equivalent education in the field of Information Technology
• Excellent knowledge in the field of information security
• Familiarity with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, as well as good knowledge of important regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of industrial communication networks and process systems security (Industrial Cybersecurity), particularly in the IEC 62443 series of standards and other relevant standards
• Strong process orientation, as well as a high sense of quality and responsibility
• Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as a structured approach to work
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are welcome
• Willingness to travel; driver's license Class B
