Shift Team Leader

As Enfield Shift Team Leader and as a Leader in the Enfield, Grain and Taylors Lane organisation you will be responsible for the Day to Day Operations of one of the most efficient Gas fired Power Stations in the UK, ensuring SHE compliance, process safety Leadership and high performance of the asset.

Your responsibilities

 

  • You will lead the Enfield Shift Team
  • You will be authorized as a senior authorized person and control person.
  • You will have a good knowledge in process safety Leadership
  • You must be capable of Leading an incident response and to co-ordinate an emergency response team
  • Will drive the plants performance to achieve world class standards.
 

 

Your profile


Essential

  • Strong Leadership skills
  • HNC /HND or Degree in a related Engineering subject.
  • Good commercial skills and an understanding of the Electrical Generation Industry
  • Senior Authorized Person.
  • Awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance.
  • Experience in working across multiskilled teams.
  • Experience in Incident management and response.

 

Desirable:

  • Root cause analysis and incident investigation
  • NEBOSH certificate
  • Control Person
  • Experience at working with High Voltage Electrical Generators and High Pressure systems.
