Your responsibilities

Supporting the back office in daily business activities related to billing and implementation in key account sales, particularly for industrial electricity customers, as well as handling confirmations.
Supporting Lean Management activities aimed at continuous process improvement, for example as part of digitalization initiatives.
Providing administrative assistance to the team, e.g., during vacation cover or peak periods.
Participating in meetings and preparing analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile

You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerTools (Power Query, Power BI or similar) is an advantage
Ability to understand and communicate business processes and concepts
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
Analytical abilities with regard to data and numbers
Strong sense of teamwork and reliability; accuracy and attention to detail
Fluent German skills are required; good English skills are a plus
