Working Student - Python / SQL Expert - Market Risk Margining Risk Finance Reporting (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing Python automation scripts/projects
• Create, enhance and maintain complex SQL queries
• Ensure smooth operation and integration of automation solutions within the Windows environment
• Ideally act as sparring partner to our colleagues on any questions around the Microsoft Power Platform (esp. Power BI, Power App and Power Automate)
• Provide support/knowledge in the field of digitalization and digital tools to stakeholders
• Help the team with internal stakeholder communication and project related tasks

Your profile

• Student in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Consultancy, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar
• Strong knowledge of Python programming, including expertise in libraries such as Pandas, pywin32, pyexcel and other packages commonly used in automation projects with Excel
• Experience In Using Version Controlling System
• Experience in Using Open Source LLM Models not needed but good to have
• Affinity for and proven know-how of Information Technologies and Data Analytics/Science in a business setting, especially with regards to (big) data warehouse solutions (e.g. Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft Cloud) and related coding-languages (e.g. SQL, DAX)
• Practical work experience with Microsoft Office & Microsoft Power Platform toolbox, especially Power BI and Power Automate
• Passionate about operational excellence, agile working and business transformation
• Good in stakeholder and process management as well as analytical thinking
• Proactive with the ability to co-operate in diverse settings
• High personal responsibility, flexibility and resilience
• Excellent communication skills (English a must; German a plus) and ideally assertiveness
• Availability for at least 6 months, ideally for 12 months or more
