Your responsibilities

• Support the Lead Business Partner (LBP) Corporate Services with all ongoing tender activities and supplier engagements
• Assist the LBP Corporate Services with spend analysis and aggregation of information
• Use Market Intelligence to gather relevant market and supplier information
• Convert information into meaningful presentations for management meetings
• Participate in Procurement trainings and learn from an experienced network of colleagues
• Interest and curiosity for learning digitalization and operational excellence

Your profile

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student or degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics Alternatively or a related field. Alternatively, a background in Legal Studies or a related area with a strong interest in Procurement for Management Consulting, Legal, Audit, or Tax
• Working experience in Procurement of Management Consulting, Legal or Audit Tax is a plus
• Good analytical skills and curiosity on processes relating to Procurement with a focus on P2P and Procurement Management
• First experiences in working closely with international teams and appreciation for cultural differences and diversity
• Excellent communication skills in English required (German knowledge a plus)
