Your responsibilities

 

  • Support the IT Knowledge management team in reviewing existing self service knowledge articles and recreate them in a new template in a new ServiceNow instance
  • Help to organize meetings with Service owners and managers to review their Knowledge articles and be active in suggesting what might be understandable and needed for end user
  • Train Service owners on how to write knowledge articles in ServiceNow, choose the right key words
  • Analyze statistics of knowledge articles and suggest changes, which would be useful for end users
  • Support Process governance team in updating IT processes in BPMN tool
  • Support the team with day to day administrative needs (e.g. document management, support event preparation, etc)
  • Attend the meetings and draft presentations to support the team’s needs
 

 

Your profile


  • IT background and knowledge
  • Good communicator with a very pro-active customer service oriented attitude 
  • Written communication standards understanding personality with strong analytical skills
  • Experience in writing articles would be very helpful
  • Great team player who enjoys working in an international team 
  • Self-starter who can work independently, is reliable and flexible knows how to organize and prioritize tasks 
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
