Your responsibilities

 

We are looking for a working student to work in our IT department and collaborate with our agile teams in the ART (Agile Release Train), which is a set of coordinated agile teams that deliver value for the organization and work with the RTE (Release Train Engineer), who is the leader and coach of the ART and helps with communication and alignment among teams. You will also produce and manage content for internal communication.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist the RTE and the agile teams with the preparation and facilitation of PI (Planning Interval) planning, demos, retrospectives, and other ART events
  • Create and manage content for newsletters, blogs, social media, and other communication channels to showcase the achievements and best practices of the ART and the agile teams
  • Research and learn new technologies and methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ART and the agile teams
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the team and the ART processes and practices
 

 

Your profile


  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field 
  • You have a good understanding of agile principles and practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean
  • You have experience or interest in working with MS 365 tools, especially SharePoint site
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
  • You have creativity, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team
