Your responsibilities

The Operational Excellence team supports all Uniper business areas to strengthen the continuous improvement culture across the organization. The team does that through training and leading or participation in improvement projects.

•    Support the Communications Expert with the daily activities, which include engagement with project teams.
•    Gather input for and write draft articles for internal and external channels e.g. LinkedIn.
•    Create and modify content using e.g. video editing, Artificial Intelligence and Co-Pilot, confidently and efficiently uses the most common MS Office applications.
•    Maintain the Operational Excellence Academy website, including trainings advertisements and surveys. Furthermore, contributes to and maintains the Operational Excellence intranet page and related online communities.
•    Hands-on support organizing the annual Operational Excellence Conference and smaller events.

Your profile

•    Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student or degree in (corporate) Communications, Journalism, Corporate Branding or Event Management, Social Media or Marketing.
•    Working experience in writing articles or generating professional posts on social media platforms e.g. LinkedIn, as well as following the latest trends on other social media platforms. Excellent communication skills, oral and in writing, in English is required (German is a plus).
•    Passionate and energetic personality, with a hands-on and can-do mentality.
•    First experiences in working closely with international teams and appreciation for cultural differences and diversity.
