Your responsibilities

• Assist with HR-related tasks and projects e.g., Commercial Operations learning strategies, DEI conform job adds, support optimization of recruiting, etc.
• Demonstrate willingness to deepen your understanding of MS tools independently
• Spport the development of Commercial Operations’ strategies and initiatives related to the People Pillar
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative solutions
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
   

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
• Ability to learn independently
• Strong desire to increase knowledge related to MS platform applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
