Your responsibilities

The Treasury Business Support team combines business experience with knowledge of IT systems. We improve value of finance function by defining effective processes and providing efficient IT Tools. As we are an integral part of the area of Group Finance, we are closely and interdisciplinary working together with our customers to find the best solutions to run our business.

• You map and analyze treasury processes for improvement potentials and evaluate them regarding digitalization possibilities e.g., Power Apps / Power Automate
• Support the Treasury Business Support team with their regular daily and month-end tasks
• Collaborate with project teams and business partners to gather requirements, analyze processes, develop, and present solutions, document testing results
• Together with a high performing team of IT and business specialist, internal customers, and peers you will support the project to Upgrade our Treasury Management System
• You create functional / technical documentation and specifications
• Participating in project and/or service meetings
• Preparing documentation for audit purposes
• You work independently but are also a flexible team player

Your profile

• You are studying computer science, information technology, economics, business administration or equivalent with a focus on Finance
• You have some project experience and have worked with automation technologies and gained first knowledge in low code development, Java knowledge is a plus
• You have great Microsoft Office skills especially Excel, PowerBI and Power Platform
• Basic knowledge SQL language to query Data Basis
• You are passionate about agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking etc.)
• You have an analytical mind-set with the ability to manage and communicate solutions which focus on business value 
• You are curious to explore/support new functionalities that would aid our digitalization journey
• You are business fluent in English (speaking and written), German will be nice to have 
• You can quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics, you are pro-active and have a "can do" mentality
• Location: Düsseldorf & Home Office
