Your responsibilities

 

  • During the 18-24 months trainee program, you will develop a deep understanding of Uniper’s business, its value drivers, and the business environment
  • You will start in the Renewables unit for the first six months of your trainee program and then rotate flexibly upon your own career development path and interests across the organization – you design your personal placement plan and receive support from your own mentor
  • You will learn from, network and collaborate with experts from different fields across Uniper, contribute your ideas and work on your own projects
  • You will contribute to and learn from our trainee community, receive trainings and development opportunities
  •  In your predefined home unit Renewables, you will support Uniper’s mission in terms of renewable energies, e.g. by  driving project development activities, supporting the design team, or build the support the development of our market strategies across Europe, or assist in buying or selling assets or generation or build the business

 

 

Please indicate which team you prefer: Engineering, Solar & Wind Development, Asset Commercialization or Strategy & Business Development.

   

 

Your profile


  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, engineering, economics, preferably with a focus on renewable energies
  • First practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities, ideally including intercultural experiences
  • Motivation to learn and develop in an international environment, taking the initiative and proactivity while working in various teams
  • Communication skills and the aim and skills to network among different stakeholders paired with analytical skills
  • Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
