Your responsibilities
- During the 18-24 months trainee program, you will develop a deep understanding of Uniper’s business, its value drivers, and the business environment
- You will start in Energy Assets for the first six months of your trainee program and then rotate flexibly upon your personal career development path and interests across the organization – you design your personal placement plan and receive support from your own mentor
- You will learn from, network and collaborate with experts from different fields across Uniper, contribute your ideas and work on your own projects
- You will contribute to and learn from our trainee community, receive trainings and development opportunities
- In your predefined home unit Energy Assets, you will work on implementing yearly plans, improving power plant performance indicators, learning agile project management, supporting decarbonization efforts, optimizing assets, and preparing for outages and supplier management

Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, (electrical, mechanical, industrial) engineering or economics, ideally with a focus on the energy business
- First practical experience gained through internships and/or working student activities, ideally including intercultural experiences
- Motivation to learn and develop in an international environment, taking the initiative and proactivity while working in various teams
- Communication skills and the intent and skills to network among different stakeholders paired with Reasoning skills
- Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
