Your responsibilities

• Support in planning and execution of events, workshops and quality assurance of management reporting across teams
• Independent handling of internal and external correspondence
• Diary management: Planning, coordination and preparation of internal and external meetings
• Travel management including travel planning, organization of accommodations, travel expense reporting
• General support in purchasing, HR, and IT processes, workflow management, and provision of office supplies incl. onboarding of new colleagues
• Cover Executive Assistant during absence

Your profile

• Relevant professional experience as Assistant 
• Interest in the Renewables business, affinity to digital tools and continuously learning
• Pro-active, independent, reliable and structured organizational and coordination skills
• High level of commitment, flexibility and resilience
• Strong sense of integrity and trustworthiness
• Very good oral and written expression skills in German and English language, other language skills are beneficial
• Team player with a sense of humor who enjoys working in a flexible, creative and multinational environment
