Your responsibilities

Manage newly setup Valuation & Risk Program as one cross-functional part of the wider CCO Roadmap initiative enabling Uniper's Vision 2030 strategy

Structure all existing and future Valuation & Risk related process and technology implementation for the CCO area and further where appropriate

Manage complex valuation programs supporting both front office as well as support functions and create new strategies to deal with program complexities

Assume Business partner role for the program and enforce program governance and change management processes

Create Program Strategic initiatives and/or being responsible for the deliveries of the Team

Manage and coordinate the Interface to 3rd Party Suppliers jointly with IT Program / Project Managers (Software Vendors, Integration Partners and external Consultancies)

Manage and coordinate the Interface inside and beyond CCO area and to senior stakeholders

Effectively combining the risk domain knowledge with the capability of steering the Team and the subsequent Project delivery

Budget responsibility for the program

Work with IT Project Managers, Technical and Business SMEs to deliver project

Coach and train CTG team members in risk related topics where relevant
Your profile
-
Degree educated in information technology, business administration, economics or related technology field
-
10+ years experience in a risk function of an energy trading house, utility or financial institution
-
Extensive work experience in setting up or transforming risk organisations introducing new processes and related technologies

Management experience in steering large IT-programs (5+ mil. budget) managing a mix of internal capabilities and external solution providers (on- and offshore)

Can do attitude and drive to succeed combined with an integrative and pragmatic personality with the ability to effectively implement change

Effective stakeholder manager for functions and on various levels of the organisation

Effective communicator and influencer with the ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative and actionable manner

A background in consultancy is a bonus
