Your responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the Integrated Quality Management System for our new Uniper technologies (hydrogen, ammonia, LNG, renewables, energy hubs ....) to secure quality and compliance for future energy supply
- Maintenance and further development of the management system for existing Uniper assets to support both security of supply and the coal exit
- Maintenance and further development of our quality management system according to ISO 9001 to achieve good quality in the processes of our assets and projects
- Contribute to the further harmonization, integration and standardization of our COO process landscape in order to increase quality and efficiency in process management
- Ensure the 'License to Operate' and certification of our current and future assets by implementing local laws and standards in the management system
- Monitoring of conformity, performance and maturity of the Integrated Quality Management System based on relevant compliance indicators and through process audits, management reviews and maturity assessments
- Regular coordination with COO management regarding maturity and continuous improvement of our Integrated Quality Management System
- Continuous improvement of asset governance through best practices from our own day-to-day business and from relevant industry associations and networks
Your profile
- Relevant university degree in economics, engineering or natural sciences
- Experience in quality and process management - QM certificates are an advantage
- Experience in connection with the operation of plants (power generation, renewables, chemicals, oil and gas processing, refineries, steel production, …)
- Conceptual and strategic skills to develop innovative solutions
- Motivation and enthusiasm for the evaluation and analysis of processes and their continuous improvement
- Enjoyment and passion for developing sustainable process solutions for the energy transition
- Good customer orientation and communication skills to inspire our customers in the COO-area with our process management
- Strong 'hands on' mentality as the driving force behind change projects
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Very good German and English skills
