Your responsibilities

 

The Business Transformation Management team supports Uniper to drive key strategic initiatives. Besides that we act as advisors and coaches for project management.
As Project Management Capability Lead you are responsible to lead the capability building for Corporate Project Management for Uniper.

 

  • You develop a structured approach for project management capability building consisting of a good mix of learning approaches, community events, and mentoring
  • You act as role model for excellence in project management and coach or mentor other project managers at Uniper
  • You can take the lead in driving a project through all stages of its lifecycle demonstrating excellence in all typical project management dimensions and ensuring appropriate stakeholder management for operational staff and leaders up to L1 level
  • You develop a solid understanding of various business and technical areas and are able to facilitate decision making processes and root cause problem solving on operational and senior management level
 

 

Your profile


  • 5-10 years experience in project management disciplines with proven track record of successful project delivery, e.g. business strategy implementation, organisational restructuring and operating model implementations, M&A, digitalisation, regulatory or compliance implementation
  • Experiences in building and facilitating communities, organizing events and developing communication plans
  • Experiences with developing learning journeys or similar HR capability development responsibilities
  • Experience in typical management consultancy skills, e.g. forming teams with different cultural background, moderating workshops, driving decisions with senior stakeholders, actively managing change curves
  • Excellent communication skills and precise messaging in verbal and written from operational level up to senior management level stakeholders, high quality slide writing is a must
  • Proven experience in digital transformations or at least demonstrated interest in digital technologies, the business opportunities they can generate and the mindset and new ways of working required to support them
  • Proven experience in business areas of the energy industry preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% if project assignment requires
