Your responsibilities

• Partner with Asset General Project Manager to build high-performing project team.
• Design and facilitate effective team rhythms, meeting cadences, retrospectives to improve project delivery and team effectiveness.
• Support the resolution of cross-functional conflicts, strengthen interfaces, and foster trust and constructive collaboration across the project team.
• Facilitate team performance discussions to identify delivery obstacles, recurring collaboration issues, and opportunities for improvement, and support teams in translating insights into actions.
• Coach colleagues to take on collaboration and facilitation roles themselves, building a sustainable internal competence base across projects.
• Capture, structure, and share lessons learned, proven practices.

Your profile

• University Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, change management, organizational development, performance improvement, or related field.
• Experience in asset/project development or complex infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to align diverse stakeholders, build trust, and support conflict resolution in cross-functional environments.
• Proven track record in driving team effectiveness, change, and performance improvement in complex matrix organizations.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to adapt style and communicate effectively across different stakeholder groups.
