Our Procurement Digitalization Department in Düsseldorf is looking for YOU! We are looking for an engaged and experienced Procurement Digitalization Expert with a focus on Process Automation to join our team. The role will focus on enabling key process improvement initiatives in our overall Procurement function as an integral part of our "Process Digitalization" Pillar.

Your responsibilities

Contribute and support the implementation of process improvement initiatives across our digital procurement processes
Identify and track opportunities and ideas that bring a positive impact to increasing our automation rate
Work closely with our Platforms & Workflows workstream to achieve successful implementation
Support the team with the integration of MS Power Automate as part of our automation chain
Take an active role in our Agile delivery methodology to deliver high value automation solutions
Collaborate across our regions to support the digital transformation of Procurement
Close collaboration with teams in Procurement, IT and Accounting to help drive E2E process automation

Your profile

Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or comparable studies
3-5 years experience working in process automation initiatives in the large utility sector (comparable large cap industries also welcome)
Track record of results through the use of Business analysis, Process Management and automation (analysis, modeling, optimizing, automating)
Expert knowledge in Automation tools in Particular MS Power Automate and RPA Blueprism
Strong insight on the potential value-add brought by the integration of other technologies (AI, ML, GPT Language models)
Good analytical skills combined with the resilience needed to assess processes in detail and support implementation of improvements
Experience in working closely with international teams and appreciation for cultural differences and diversity
Creative and open-minded personality with a good sense of humour
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills in English required (German knowledge a clear plus)
