Your responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the commercial growth strategy by performing deal validation& confirmation as well as settlement of incoming and outgoing statements

• Analyze the improvement and standardization potential to increase business process efficiency within the trading operations on a holistic front-to-end view 

• Evaluate possibilities to further digitalize existing business processes within the area of trade confirmation and settlement as part of your analysis 

• Ensure smooth business process improvements according to Compliance and Internal Control requirements and ensuring the daily operational work  

• Support the roll-out of our Operational Excellence & digital vision across Commercial Operations 

• Ensure the development of continuous improvement skills and mindset across Commercial Operations 

• Foster close collaboration with our stakeholders, e.g. Front Office, IT, Accounting teams  

Your profile

• Work experience in the field of digitalization is essential 

• Work experience in the field of trade confirmation and settlement is beneficial 

• Background and passion for business process design and its automation from a front-to-end perspective 

• Expert knowledge in Power Automate is needed 

• Expert knowledge in SAP & ETRM systems is needed 

• Fluent in English language 

• Good knowledge in MS Office services, as well as Sales and Trading Applications 

• Effective and efficient communication, documentation, and presentation skills 

• Reliability, self-driven mentality, and a result driven mindset 

• Strong customer and service orientation 

• Profound analytical skills 

• Affinity for teamwork and cross functional collaboration 

• Willingness to initiate and drive change throughout the organization 

• Team player, self-starter, well organized, strong sense of initiative with ability to think independently and solution oriented
