Your responsibilities

• Manage Project to Asset readiness for Maintenance in terms of processes, systems, tools and data in line with Uniper standard Project Management Framework
• Support the expansion of Maintenance Department standards and requirements to other existing technologies and new built assets
• Delivering the agreed enhancements of current tools and processes for other existing technologies and new built assets 
• Acting as a Portfolio Manager by project management of new enhancements for SAP PM and Mobile Apps in parallel to Uniper Internal Digital Transformation business unit and acting as the Portfolio Manager 
• Managing continuous improvement and support for Maintenance KPIs PowerBI Dashboard 
• Implementing Operational Excellence knowledge and principles to improve the performance reporting of the Maintenance Department 
• Being the frontrunner of digital evolution for the entire team with enhancements from or for the other two teams within Maintenance Department

Your profile

• Relevant university degree in engineering or science
• Demonstrate working according to the Uniper Way
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills essential, experience in project management advantageous/preferable
• Demonstrate a strategic understanding of energy market trends and customer strategy and requirements
• Experience in PowerBI and Operational Excellence is desirable
• Relevant operational experience and technical competence in management of similar assets/business processes
• Demonstrate success in developing maintenance strategies or concepts for the capital-intensive industry
• Demonstrate Business acumen
• Ability to influence across hierarchy, technology and country boundaries and managing cultural diversity
• Willingness to undertake international travel
• Ability to build, develop and motivate high performance teams
• Business fluency in English and German is desirable
