Your responsibilities

• The highly motivated, experienced, and international Grid Engineering team works on connecting onshore renewable projects, including evaluating BESS to the European grid, from the conceptual phase to the operational phase
• Join the team and take on challenging engineering and design tasks, considering project requirements, engineering solutions, as well as cost and time factors
• Collaborate with the wider renewables team by taking on short-term but meaningful improvement projects, such as further developing the KPI landscape, internal processes, documentation structure, etc.
• Be part of a dynamic and motivated team that finds and communicates engineering solutions to support people, businesses, and the environment
• Create additional value by identifying, analyzing, and presenting improvement opportunities in engineering, project delivery, as well as general data management and processes
• Enjoy a fully flexible working arrangement, including the option to work from home or in one of our office locations, allowing you to connect with colleagues across the business and experience Uniper’s inclusive company culture

Your profile

• Studying towards a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, achieving consistently good results
• Passionate about the energy transition and creating value for people and the environment
• Creative, open-minded individual with a good sense of humor
• Strong organizational skills, structured thinking, and ability to analyze complex topics
• Developing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Business fluency in English
• Opportunity to progress in a working student arrangement or as a Master's intern
