Your responsibilities
- Support the annual and quarterly carbon footprint calculation (GHG Accounting), analysis and disclosure
- Contribute the delivery of the E1-Climate Change standard from the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)
- Preparing content and documentation of sustainability initiatives and processes for the CSRD and sustainability report
- Contribute to the improvement of internal (digital) sustainability performance reporting and analysis
- Support digitalization projects to streamline GHG accounting processes.
- Assist with other continuous improvement initiatives for streamlining processes.
- Engage with internal stakeholder engagement process and with different business areas
- Research and analyze international frameworks, benchmarks and regulations on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, in particular on climate action.
Your profile
- Engaged in studies related to Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with experience in Microsoft Power Point
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools effectively.
- Skills in data management and digitalization (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Bi)
- Knowledge of basic regulatory and market-driven developments related to sustainability in the energy sector (esp. GHG Protocol)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently and flexibly
- A great team player who enjoys working in an international team
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
