Your responsibilities

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the portfolio management team
• Development of portfolio management products and hedging strategies
• Strategic management and oversight of customer energy portfolios, market analysis and reports preparation for customers
• Providing support to sales for customer acquisition and relationship management
• Building and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships through expert presentations and customer meetings
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (BaFin)

Your profile

• Education in business, natural sciences, physics, mathematics, or similar fields
• Several years of professional experience with deep market knowledge and a passion for energy markets
• Initial leadership experience in relevant areas desirable
• Practical experience ideally in energy trading, portfolio management, sales trading, origination, risk management or market analysis
• Strong commercial understanding, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and tech affinity
• Fluency in German and English
