Your responsibilities

 

  • Actively create Controlling value by enabling Cash planning and reporting for the Uniper Group
  • Plan, analyze, comment and report on Financial KPI such as Operating Cash Flow
  • Create customer-ready messaging on Group level for the cash KPI
  • Create parts of the central Working Capital planning and Actuals analysis in time and quality
  • Two focus topics possible: Plan, analyze, comment and report on Group KPI Operating Cash Flow or operate a monthly liquidity planning in regular planning occasions
  • Align and collaborate strongly with colleagues in Group Finance and in multiple Accounting and Controlling teams
  • In case of liquidity focus, operate the interface to Risk Management and ensure consistency with respect to Margining and overall risks related to forecasts
  • Independent collaboration in group-wide projects as well as successful stakeholder management
  • Active change management in times of transformation of financial functions
  • Contribute to further conceptual development and improvement of the controlling systems and processes to automate and integrate further
 

 

Your profile


  • Successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling, finance or (group) accounting
  • Knowledge of the IFRS-based consolidation of income statements, capital and cash flow in a multi-level group structure
  • Practical experience in the professional coordination and execution of controlling processes
  • Business understanding of energy business of advantage
  • Methodical know-how in the area of financial steering (planning & reporting, analysis of financial KPIs)
  • Financial modeling experience is a clear plus in case of interest in the focus topic of liquidity planning
  • Competence to reduce complexity and the understandable presentation of the main drivers of the key financial indicators with a high level of customer orientation
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information combined with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to establish trusting relationships in cooperation
  • Positive attitude towards changes, transformations and challenges
  • A high degree of self-organization, commitment, initiative, teamwork, energy, flexibility, and the willingness to work even under pressure in order to achieve ambitious goals
  • Fluent knowledge of English, German is a plus
