Facility Management Coordinator for Sustainability (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

• Coordination and documentation of building-related ESG requirements
• Coordination with stakeholders regarding ESG and sustainability reporting 
• Developing and supporting standards and digitalisation projects
• Supporting facility project management
• Maintaining the KPI control system
• Development and maintenance of digital site documentation

Your profile

• At least three years of experience in facility management
• Experience of ESG and sustainability reporting requirements
• Knowledge of the organisation of operational processes and management of technical and infrastructural facility services
• Very good knowledge and confident use of MS Office programmes (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP desirable
• Initiative, commitment and a strong understanding of service with a confident demeanour, ability to work under pressure and in a team
• German at a business fluent level and good written and spoken English skills
