Your responsibilities

 

  • Developing Change Management Strategies: Design comprehensive strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during technology changes
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess needs, concerns, and expectations, ensuring alignment between project goals and employee readiness
  • Communication Planning: Create and execute communication plans that clearly articulate the vision, benefits, and processes of the change, ensuring all employees are informed and engaged
  • Training and Development: define training sessions and workshops to equip employees with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to embrace and perform effectively in the new environment
  • Monitoring Adoption Progress: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the level of adoption and make adjustments as needed
  • Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change by developing targeted interventions and fostering open dialogue
  • Organizing Knowledge Repositories: Build and maintain centralized digital repositories that are accessible, intuitive, and secure, ensuring knowledge is stored systematically
  • Facilitating Knowledge Sharing: Create opportunities for collaboration and sharing, such as team debriefs, knowledge-sharing platforms, and mentorship programs
  • Promoting Best Practices: Establish and enforce standards for documentation, archiving, and retrieval to ensure consistency and reliability in knowledge usage
  • Technology Integration: Leverage emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and analytics tools to enhance knowledge discovery and utilization
  • Knowledge Retention Strategies: Implement mechanisms to safeguard critical knowledge, especially during transitions such as employee turnover or mergers
 

 

Your profile


  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
  • Analytical Thinking: Competence in identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to address obstacles with creative and practical solutions
  • Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with knowledge management platforms, collaboration tools, and change management software
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to manage unforeseen challenges and evolving organizational needs
  • Change Management: Expertise in developing and implementing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, planning and executing communication plans. Being familiar with change management methods eg. ADKAR model
