Your responsibilities
The Business Transformation Management team supports Uniper to drive key strategic initiatives which includes the M&A IT Program. Besides that we act as advisors and coaches for project management.
- You are responsible to manage the IT related projects in M&A transactions end-to-end in all project phases
- You will lead and coordinate cross-functional IT project teams including external advisors and manage the interface between the M&A project, M&A IT Program, the different Uniper IT teams and the business units
- You will support and take over responsibility for the legal alignment in the negotiation phase for all IT topics understanding the M&A targets as an input for the IT project targets
- You ensure appropriate stakeholder management for operational staff and project steering members up to L1 or even board level
- You develop a solid understanding of various business and technical areas and are able to facilitate decision making processes and root cause problem solving on operational and senior management level
Your profile
- 5-10 years experience in project management disciplines with proven track record of successful large scale transformation projects, e.g. business strategy implementation, organisational restructuring and operating model implementations, M&A, digitalisation, regulatory or compliance implementation
- Excellent analytical skills, structured working method and safe handling of integration topics, including detailed planning tasks and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of critical IT topics in large enterprises, e.g. IT strategy, Infrastructure, Assets, Commercials, Licenses and Contracts, Service Processes, Security, GDPR and Compliance, SAP
- Experience in typical management consultancy skills, e.g. forming teams with different cultural background, moderating workshops, driving decisions with senior stakeholders, actively managing change curves
- Excellent communication skills and precise messaging in verbal and written from operational level up to senior management stakeholders, high quality slide writing is a must
- Proven experience in business areas of the energy industry preferred
