Your responsibilities
- Represent Energy Asset as future operator on different project development phases and able to provide essential inputs for Clean Dispatchable Power, Heat & Storage development projects
- Through active stakeholder management and engagement, able to contribute to the project processes, considerations and assumption always bearing in mind safe, reliable and compliant future operations
- Create recommendations for optimum target-operating-model for new build assets for Uniper Energy Asset’s fleet
- Lead and coordinate owners’ specifications requirements project for new assets (all technologies except nuclear), and ensure its delivery by the Growth engines by a close cooperation and early stage in the project development phase
- Establish and maintain professional relationship with key stakeholders of Energy Asset
- Ensure involvement in alignment meetings with technology suppliers/OEMs with whom Uniper is considering to cooperate in the futurea
Your profile
- 3-5 years of site operational experience
- Relevant energy assets or similar experience: Possess relevant technical and commercial and project management experience or ability and track record to quickly develop additional advanced skills
- Education in engineering or economic studies on academic level or equivalent
- Strong commitment in continuous improvement and business excellence
- Ability to work in a multicultural, diverse and inclusive working environment, demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude
- Capable of simplify complex problems and identify the root cause of issue
- Ability to deliver decision proposals in relatively short period
- Project (program) management (must be able to manage series of projects concurrently, on average 4-5 at anyone time)
- Proven record of continuous improvement approach and mindset
- Business fluency in English, other (Uniper) languages beneficial
- Willingness to undertake international travel
