DevOps Engineer

Your responsibilities

 

•    Responsible for the integrated consistent, reliable and cost-effective delivery of IT Services to meet customer and Business expectations.
•    Work with Uniper’s IT internal and external suppliers in the lifecycle management process to ensure the stability of related IT applications and Infrastructure 
•    Liaise directly with the Uniper business to understand Business requirements and ensure strong relationships with stakeholders 
•    Aptitude to understand impact of changes from a technical and business point of view 
•    Develop and maintain automation platforms including monitoring and alerting
•    Coordinate solution delivery alongside agile sprints and over the full lifecycle
•    Collaborate with other areas on digitalisation and automation 
•    Quality assurance of delivery, test preparation and execution including UAT support and operational enablement 

 

 

Your profile


Essential
•    Advanced analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills  
•    Hands on experience with cloud platforms Like Azure (IAAS/PaaS), in CI/CD tools like Github. Azure devop’s Pipelines and Infrastructure as Code 
•    Experience with Container virtualisation, especially with running containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
•    Scripting skills via Terraform, PowerShell, Python and or Bash for use in Automation daily tasks
