Your responsibilities

• Support the team with engineering and design tasks, taking technical requirements, suitable solutions, and cost or time factors into account
• Contribute to short but meaningful improvement initiatives, such as further developing KPI structures, internal processes and tools, and documentation frameworks
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider renewables organization and gain insight into the full lifecycle of our projects
• Identify, analyze, and present opportunities to improve engineering workflows, project delivery, and general data and process management
• Be part of a highly motivated team that develops and communicates engineering solutions supporting renewable projects and wider business

Your profile

• Enrolled in a university program in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with solid academic performance
• Motivated by the energy transition and creating value for people and the environment
• Creative, open‑minded, and collaborative, with a good sense of humor
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work through complex topics in a structured way
• Developing communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Business fluency in English and French
