Financial Manager Uniper Renewables Poland (f/m/d) - Remote work possible

Your responsibilities

 

  • Support the renewables team in Poland to drive financial performance
  • Coordinate Finance-related questions (Accounting, Tax, Controlling) and liaise with Uniper Finance functions and external service providers
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements with Legal and external partners to meet deadlines
  • Plan and track local PnL, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
  •  Manage liquidity for Polish legal entities
  • Liaise with local tax authorities and service providers
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax statements (CIT, VAT, WHT, etc.)
 

 

Your profile


  • Education in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial areas such as Controlling, Accounting, or Tax
  • Familiarity with the Energy/Renewables sector
  • Proficiency in relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP, BI-Tools)
  • Strong analytical skills and a commitment to driving performance and change
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to present data clearly
  • Proactive approach and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment, along with high personal responsibility and stress tolerance
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Polish; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage


The office is based in Szczecin, remote work from Poland possible
