Project Development Manager Poland - Solar & Wind (f/m/d) for 12 months

Your responsibilities

 

  • Develop and advance renewable energy projects (solar and wind) in Poland
  • Coordinate project planning and implementation from early development to realization
  • Lead and support a team working on renewable energy projects
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate permitting, environmental, grid connection and construction processes
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure transparent project coordination
  • Build trust‑based relationships with local authorities, communities and landowners
  • Support portfolio development and organizational growth together with management

 

Your profile


  • Higher education, preferably in energy, renewables, spatial management, or environmental engineering
  • Fluency in Polish and proficient knowledge of English
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management within renewable energies
  • Structured, reliable working style and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset
  • Openness to business travel and a valid category B driving license
  • Confidence in MS Office and experience with GIS tools, ideally QGIS
