Your responsibilities
The Fleet Security Coordinator is a pivotal role within Uniper, responsible for supporting all aspects of physical site-security to safeguard our people, assets, and reputation. This exciting new role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage site physical security effectively.
- Assess potential threats and implement risk mitigation measures.
- Maintain a site risk register and evaluate risks associated with any changes in site use or security systems.
- Manage the operation of security equipment and infrastructure.
- Develop, review, and test a comprehensive site security plan.
- Manage contract security service providers and maintenance services.
- Promote a strong security culture through incident reporting, investigation, and training sessions.
- Support the delivery of the security strategy and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training
- Experience working within a security team environment.
- Ability to develop, implement, and manage a site security plan.
- Competent in conducting initial physical security incident investigations.
- Experience liaising with local government agencies and law enforcement.
- Integrity screening (VOG) is an obligated part of the selection process
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-organized team player with good communication skills
- Target- and solution-orientated thinking
- Driving license and ability to travel (internationally) if required.
- Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English
