Your responsibilities

The Fleet Security Coordinator is a pivotal role within Uniper, responsible for supporting all aspects of physical site-security to safeguard our people, assets, and reputation. This exciting new role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage site physical security effectively.
• Assess potential threats and implement risk mitigation measures.
• Maintain a site risk register and evaluate risks associated with any changes in site use or security systems.
• Manage the operation of security equipment and infrastructure.
• Develop, review, and test a comprehensive site security plan.
• Manage contract security service providers and maintenance services.
• Promote a strong security culture through incident reporting, investigation, and training sessions.
• Support the delivery of the security strategy and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training
• Experience working within a security team environment.
• Ability to develop, implement, and manage a site security plan.
• Competent in conducting initial physical security incident investigations.
• Experience liaising with local government agencies and law enforcement.
• Integrity screening (VOG) is an obligated part of the selection process 
• Reliable, trustworthy, and self-organized team player with good communication skills 
• Target- and solution-orientated thinking
• Driving license and ability to travel (internationally) if required.
• Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English
