We have a permanent position in the Maintenance Systems team of Asset Risk working directly with SAP Plant Maintenance software and processes. To directly support, improve and optimise Maintenance execution at UK sites whilst collaborating and aligning with other countries.

What we are looking for

  • You will be responsible for driving SAP Plant Maintenance standardization and Maintenance process harmonization via improvements across the UK assets.

  • Work across other Uniper countries, technology’s and business areas to align Maintenance practices and procedures.

  • Delivery of Asset Risk / Maintenance Strategy Team processes to include Maintenance Criticality and Plant Maintenance optimisation.

  • You shall carry out SAP system testing and maintenance such as data and roles to support the Assets and their users.

 

 

Who we are seeking

  • Extensive understanding on the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems within the power industry and their application for total asset management.

  • Relevant operational and/or strategic experience in power generation is highly desirable

  • Experience of initiating improvements, leading change and managing projects

  • Good interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills at senior and working levels with an ability to flex style depending on the situation

  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and technical skills essential

  • Ability to build strong networks, motivate to high performance and drive change

  • Result oriented, open-minded and ability to spot possibilities in uncertain and complex environments

  • Willingness to undertake international travel

  • Business fluency in English, German beneficial
