Health Manager

Your responsibilities
You will :
- Lead and manage a team of occupational health professionals, ensuring clinical governance and high standards of service delivery.
- Collaborate with global teams to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
- Provide expert advice on occupational health matters and support the development of health policies and procedures.
- Ensure legal compliance with data protection requirements for all medical records
- Work with Senior Leadership Team to develop strategies to meet the needs of the different business areas
- Develop and implement health and wellbeing programs.
Your profile
Essential
- Specialist Occupational Health qualification (diploma or degree or equivalent).
- Registered General Nursing Qualification (degree or equivalent).
- Proven experience in occupational health, with a strong background in team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international corporate environment.
- Proficiency in developing and assessing health management systems, including stakeholder management, implementing health initiatives, and managing budgets.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
