Your responsibilities
Our COODE Connector will be a key role as a catalyser of digital projects for the following areas:
Energy Asset Management, Energy Asset Services and Energy Assets Strategy.
- Drive digital transformation within Energy Asset Management (EAM), Energy Asset Strategy (EASt) and Energy Asset Services (EASe); increasing the efficiency and automation of our processes and their data transparency.
- Initiate digital cultural change and foster digital mindset within the company. Develop, maintain and grow the digital skill set of our people consistently with the development of our portfolio and the state-of-the-art in digitization.
- Lead, co-ordinate and support digital projects taking place in EAM, EASa, EASe & support group wide digitalization projects.
- Act as a partner to the COODE team, leading and supporting digital improvement initiatives, use case prioritisation, use case generation and use case implementation.
- Analyse technical processes and derive digital optimization potential in close cooperation with topic experts.
- Support the performance tracking of the COODE program within EAM, EASa, EASe.
- Build up internal and cross company networks, participate actively in relevant communities to scout innovative digital trends and new business models.
- Organise internal communication and promotion of digitalisation opportunities, projects & activities.
- Responsible for the promotion of a positive safety culture and promotion of Beyond Zero.
- Develop & promote the Uniper Way and Behaviours throughout the Business.
Your profile
- University degree, technical education or equivalent in Engineering, Computer/Data Science, Economics or similar OR vocational training in a power plant/similar asset.
- Data driven mindset & Customer Orientated.
- Self-motivated and passionate about digital innovation with a high degree of personal responsibility / autonomy, creativity, willingness to learn and innovate with a fail fast, fail safe, fail cheap approach.
- Highly respected, trusted and dynamic “people person” with an ability to build strong relationships and get things done, even without direct authority.
- Experience working in organisations undergoing change processes.
- Empathetic with excellent communication skills and ability to inspire employees to digital ways of working.
