Your responsibilities

• You will manage your individual trading portfolios and run proprietary trading strategies across power, gas, coal and carbon
• Interact closely with analysts to develop successful trading strategies and trading ideas
• Manage a close relation to your colleagues working in the risk functions

Your profile

xperience in trading EUAs and the Continental power markets as well as trading other commodities, with experience as a Senior Trader
•   A proven track record of profitable active proprietary trading
•   Trading experience in adjacent markets, including but not limited to Coal and Gas
•   Experience from being employed in international trading houses, banks or major utilities with a focus on news driven trading activities, less flow trading
•   Detailed knowledge about the fundamental specifications of the EUA and German power market
•   Relevant economic or finance degree or similar qualification
•   Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•   Ability to work under pressure and to tight timing deadlines
•   Be a team player
•   Fluency in English
