Your responsibilities
…we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors expert with the main focus on Talent processes (i.e., Learning and Recruiting) to support our ongoing digitalization of Talent Management.
Tasks
- manages the day-to-day and ongoing operation, maintenance, usage, analysis and administration of SAP SuccessFactors suite with the focus on the following areas: Recruiting, Learning and Talent, Development, Succession
- Supports the different business areas in HR by using the platform as administrators (inform, train and assist in maintaining)
- works closely with Business IT and third party suppliers to design and implement change requests and system improvements based on Uniper’s business needs and HR market trends
- Consults business content owners (learning) of the best practice in setting up learning journeys and support them with adequate reports
- Optimizes the linked employee journeys and enables Uniper employees using the system (by user guides, online help and other supporting documentation)
- *(aids in the testing and quality assurance of eLearning products, specifically as they interact within the SuccessFactors and provides solutions)
Your profile
- Bachelor/Master-Degree in a related area (HR, Education, Economics, Media, IT) or similar
- Experience in administration of HR/HX Systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)
- High customer orientation and understanding of Employee Experience/User Experience concept
- *(Experience with setting up e-learnings incl. authoring tools or screen casting tools)
- Willingness to learn & empower yourself (with the support of various offerings and your manager)
